Returns & Exchanges

At Q-dance Store, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your merchandise; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all apparel remains in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
